The A-Factor is a 1 hour circuit style fitness class designed to make you feel more like your favorite athlete.

A lot of fitness classes aim to get you tired just for the sake of getting you tired. But what do you accomplish? Sure you got your heart rate up, but did you improve at anything? I think that’s what most fitness classes get wrong.

We all are athletes, let's start moving like one. It’s tradition in society that we stop doing athletic things once begin our adult life, sometimes even earlier. The average lifespan is almost 80 years old, meaning the majority of us stop doing athletic movement for 75% of our lifetime. This never made sense to me. Why can’t we aim to be at our best physical ability for as long as possible. It can only benefit you.

In this class you will build strength, get your heart up and increase your athleticism through full body athletic movements. Exercises will consist of strength and athletic work via plyometrics, ladders, balance tests, cone drills, med balls, and your favorite strength movements like the squat and bench press as well. The goal is to have fun while working hard and vibing to music that makes you move. Hard work doesn't have to be boring!
