6 Week Coaching Program

  • 2 phase training Program delivered to you through a mobile app, with exercise demonstrations that are catered to your goals. This app will monitor your work and help you progress throughout the program.

  • Weekly Check-Ins to review and discuss your progress so you can achieve the best results

Monthly Coaching Program (Get long-term results over time!)

  • Training Program delivered to you through a mobile app, with exercise demonstrations that are catered to your goals. This app will monitor your work and help you progress throughout the program. Program workouts will change every 4-6 weeks along with continous updates.

  • Nutritional guidance from me where we’ll work together to help you make healthier decisions with nutrition while continuing to eat what you want.

  • Daily access to me for ongoing support.

  • Detailed Weekly Check-Ins to review and discuss your progress so you can achieve the best results

  • Exercises will consist of: Strength Training, Power, Plyometrics, Speed, Quickness, and Core making you well rounded athlete.

  • Training App:

    a)Linked video demonstrations of exercises so you can follow and then master the form to a tee.

    b) Result tracking so you can stronger every week.

    c) A place to put your progress so you can stay motivated.

    d) Communication system so you have support from me.

  • Nutrition Guidance: Providing tips, suggestions, and support so you can finally see results by eating what you want and no fad diet.

  • Workouts ready you with written feedback so you can get in and save time at the gym.

  • Exercises changes every 4-6 weeks: This allows you to see some progression but avoiding boredom with the same exercises. We’ll always do some variation of the core lifts.

  • Weekly correspondence with me, either via e-mail, phone call, or message. Where we discuss the workouts, modifications needed, nutrition tips, and more. Consistent professional advice.
