In-Person Services :
Access to a private gym with 2 weight rooms, with zero to little foot traffic, and complete control of sanitation.
Introduction Process:
Consultation call: We will discuss your goals & struggles and how I can be of help to you.
3 session package: To get familiar with each other I require a 3 session package, this will give us an idea if we would be a good fit. These 3 sessions are $15 off each session.
After the third session we discuss if we want to continue and what continuing would look like.

Personal Training Session Prices:
1 hour- $110
45 min-$90
30 min-$70
Every session is programmed for client’s own personal goals. Shorter sessions will be more metabolic training and quicker paced.
*In home visits are subject to a difference price and requests may be denied.
2. Semi-Private Session: (2-3 people)
1 hour- $170
45 min- $140
Semi-Private sessions will be full body workouts or programmed to all of the clients agreed goals. Shorter sessions will be more metabolic training and quicker pace.
3. Hire me for a Group Fitness Class (3-15)
1 hour- $100 + additional $5 after 3rd person.
Group Fitness class will be more cardio or athletic training focused.
